Francesco Ercolini
Chef
Francesco grew up in a small city called Montecatini Terme located in the very heart of Tuscany.
Since childhood, he have been fascinated by colours and taste of meals prepared by his mum. At the young man age, he finally decides to follow up with is passion and become a Chef. Before to opening his first own restaurant in Tuscany, he worked in Milano and London. In 2022 ,he falls in love with Prague’s architecture, and decide to open in Vinohrady the only authentic Tuscanian restaurant of the city.
